A 60 or 75minute athletic approach to yoga techniques characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Classes are diverse and sequencing will vary. This is an OM Movement signature class.
A full body strength and conditioning OM signature 60minute class that teaches Movers functional fitness by incorporating light plyometrics as a warm-up and mobility exercise throughout; utilizing kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance training with bands and straps. Classes are a mix of circuit, stations and at time free form. Instructors are creative with the class training and adapt to Mover's abilities. Each class is different and challenging. Movers are barefoot to increase their proprioception and improve balance. This class welcomes and benefits all who want to move, feel and look better. A mat is not needed for this class.
A 60minute warm power Vinyasa class that will encourage and inspire you to develop your personal, physical and mindfulness skills. Get sweaty, get uncomfortable (there's always opportunity in that) and connect with yourself and our OM community, to seek the best versions of ourselves both collectively and individually.
This class offers Infrared Heating. Heat warms up the body and with it your muscles, allowing for greater flexibility, range of motion and increased circulation. Infrared Heat can also help to detoxify the body by increasing your sweat rate that can aid to possible weight loss. People who suffer from minor injuries and chronic pain can also find this heat beneficial to heal those injuries and pain.
Awaken your body and mind with this 45minute energizing class designed to activate and invigorate. This class blends mindful and dynamic breathing techniques to help you release tension, center your mind, and connect deeper into the body. The class concludes with a deep, restorative meditation, allowing you to ground and center yourself before stepping into your day. Perfect for all levels looking to balance vitality with deep relaxation.
A 75minute candlelit Vinyasa flow interwoven with restorative poses and Pranayama. Deep relaxation is healing and allows for physical, mental and emotional rejuvenation. This practice is a gift to the body and mind, to rest, renew and recover.
A mindful & supportive class that helps build lean muscle, support bone density, boost metabolism, and improve balance through intentional, full-body strength training, without high-intensity burnout.

Our OM Sculpt Pilates class is a holistic practice rooted in six key principles: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow of movement. Benefits include improved posture, better coordination, increased lung capacity, stress management, and injury prevention.
We offer a 45minute and 60minute class focusing on the entire body and mind. There is a strong emphasis on core strengthening while also improving flexibility. The class can be modified to accommodate individuals at any level, making Sculpt Pilates a practical choice for those with acute injuries. Equipment isn't required but Movers are challenged to bring 1 - 3lb. hand and ankle weights to make the class more demanding.

OM Slow Flow 60minute class is designed to provide a deep integration of strength building and relaxation. The breath is paramount as this class is created mindfully for you to explore the complete arc of powerful stillness and intentional movement. Suitable for all levels and for anyone who loves a smooth and slow stretch exercise or just wants to feel good from the inside out.

A 75min candlelit slower paced rejuvenating practice. Poses are held for longer periods to increase flexibility, release tension in the fascia and improve joint mobility. This practice will help you cultivate a deeper, more subtle inner awareness, deepen your capacity for stillness, and bring greater balance to your mind and body.
This deeply therapeutic practice blends Yin Yoga with Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques to nourish both the physical body and the nervous system.
Through sustained pressure and mindful movement—often using props such as therapy balls, blocks, or foam rollers—MFR helps restore hydration and elasticity to the fascia. The result is improved circulation, greater range of motion, reduced muscle tension, and enhanced overall recovery.
OM Yoga Mobility is a system of transformative postural alignment practices that maximizes strength and flexibility while preparing you to move well and live well in all aspects of life.
Originally known as Fluidus Method, it was created by renowned yoga and movement teachers Jason Lawner and Carlos Tao. OM Yoga Mobility classes emphasize precise postural alignment and physical actions in carefully chosen poses, movements and exercises. This all-encompassing method heals, fortifies and optimizes the body, mind and heart.
