We offer 45minute and 60minute sessions focusing on controlled movements coupled with deep concentration to exercise the entire body and mind. There is a strong emphasis on core strengthening and exercises can be modified to accommodate every individual, making pilates a practical choice for those with acute injuries.
This class will perfectly compliment any existing routine, as we work to strengthen and stabilize the body while also improving flexibility. Equipment isn't needed but participants are welcome to bring 1-2lb. ankle weights if they choose to challenge themselves.
