This class offers Infrared Heating. Heat warms up the body and with it your muscles, allowing for greater flexibility, range of motion and increased circulation. Infrared Heat can also help to detoxify the body by increasing your sweat rate that can aid to possible weight loss. People who suffer from minor injuries and chronic pain can also find this heat beneficial to heal those injuries and pain.

OM Gentle Yoga is a therapeutic yoga flow focused on stretching connective tissue and re-aligning the whole body through mindful, breath-aware movement. It is ideal for yoga students getting back to their practice after an injury, surgery or after completing physical therapy who need to ease back into their practice and allow their bodies to heal. This class is great for anyone wanting to practice yoga at a more mindful and healing pace. OM Gentle focuses on breath awareness and closes with a rejuvenating relaxation followed by breath work.

A full body strength and conditioning OM signature class that teaches Movers functional fitness by incorporating light plyometrics as a warm-up and mobility exercise throughout; utilizing kettlebells and dumbbells, and resistance training with bands and resistance straps. Movers are barefoot to increase their proprioception and improve balance. This class welcomes and benefits all who want to move, feel and look better.

We offer 45minute and 60minute sessions focusing on controlled movements coupled with deep concentration to exercise the entire body and mind. This class will perfectly compliment any existing routine, as we work to strengthen and stabilize the body while also improving flexibility. Equipment isn't needed but participants are welcome to bring 1-2lb. ankle weights if they choose to challenge themselves.
